Services & estimates

Online and photo-based quotes are estimates only. Final pricing may change after on-site review of access, weight, disposal fees, material type, and job scope. Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, tile, etc.) may incur surcharges.

Scheduling & access

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and accurate information about the job. We may reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed when your job is scheduled or completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website use

You may not misuse the site (scraping, attacking, or attempting unauthorized access). Site content is owned by W.T.F. or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, W.T.F. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

SMS & communications

Text messaging is governed by our SMS Policy, SMS Opt-In, and SMS Opt-Out pages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
